Ginger Soy Sablefish

Serving suggestion: brown rice and haricots verts with almonds and crispy shallots

Ingredients (2 servings):
1.5 tbsp honey
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1.5 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, grated
2 (5- to 6-ounce) sablefish filets
1 tbsp canola oil
Salt & pepper
Green onion
Sesame seeds

Method:
Combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, sesame oil, ginger and garlic in a glass dish. Coat sablefish filets, marinating for 20 minutes total (flipping after 10 minutes).
Heat Canola oil in a skillet. When oil begins to smoke, add fish filets, cooking 3-4 minutes on first side, and 2 minutes additional on the second side. Remove fish from pan.
Reduce marinade until substance boils and a dark glaze forms. Coat fish, toss with green onion and sesame seeds.
